Distribution Lists not working properly

Good Morning,

I have a user who has created distribution lists from her contacts. She can
send mail to these lists if she goes to Contacts and chooses Send Mail to
List. However, if she creates a new message then types the name of the
distribution list into the To field, the message will not send. Has anyone
seen/fixed this before? We are using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003.

Thanks

In Tools | Address Book, Tools | Options make sure that the list that contains the DL is one of those that Outlook is set to use for name resolution.

Thanks Sue!

The user actually had 3 contact lists showing up. I removed the older 2, and
also removed them from the OAB. I then went to the Address Book options as
you suggested, and re-inserted the contacts into that list. It seems to be
working now. Thanks again!
