When I click on Address Book the following message appears:The address list
could not be displayed. The Contacts folder associated with this address list
could not be opened; it may been moved or deleted, or you do not have
permissions. For information on how to remove this folder from the Outlook
Address  Book, see Microsoft Office Outlook Help.
After clicking on the OK button, an empty address book appears with in the
right corner a pull down menu; clicking on it gives: Outlook Adres Book (=
empty); Contacts (= empty); Contacts (with my contacts in it).
I uninstall Office 2003 pro twice; but after reintall the same problem
occurs. Please advise me !

Try removing the Outlook Address Book (Tools | E-mail Accounts), restarting Outlook and adding it back in.
