Is there any way to recover a deleted contacts folder from an Outlook
2003 pst file?  The contacts list never showed up in deleted items at
all but is now gone!   The pst file is still there, shouldn't that
contacts folder somehow still be in there?  Any help would be
appreciated!

Unless you have a backup of the .pst file from before the deletion, it's probably gone. You could try running Scanpst.exe against it if the problem is data corruption. Or use Advanced Find to see if a known contact is lurking in some unexpected location.
