MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / May 2006Custom Contact Form
I created a custom contact form. It lets me design it and save it, but when I try to open/use it I get the following error message: The form you selected could not be displayed. The for required to view the message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator. I contacted our Help Desk, Administrator, and more, but no one can find an answer. Do any of you have any ideas? Depending on your Outlook version (which you didn't mention), publishing a form to multiple locations may cause forms cache corruption and thus the symptoms you are seeing. I would suggest removing all published copies but one.
