My One Note trial expired. I have a purchased product. When I try to convert,
I get an error message. When I ask for help from Microsoft, I'm told my
product key is invalid. When I try to reinstall a trial version, it fails.

If I uninstall the trail, and then reinstall, will I lose all my data?

What can I do?

Aloha Steve,

No, you won't lose the data.  Where did you get the product key?
