Hi All, is there a setting in outlook 2003 so that when I type in the
begining of a contact name and hit alt + k that it will display both names it
resolves in the contacts and the global address list. I can only get the
global address list. If I type in the full name of the contact it resolves.
Thanks,
Liam.

No, most likely for performance reasons, Outlook will search only one address list at a time and, if it finds a match, not search any others. Perhaps the solution for you is to search your contacts before the GAL?
