Hi, I am using Outlook 2000. In Contacts, I need to enter a 2d mobile number
for some of my contacts. On the top right hand side in the first tab, there
are four numbers fields. For each one of them, there is a drop down menu but
it does not offer a Mobile 2 like it offers a Home 2 for instance. While I
suspect it is possible to add Mobile 2 to the list as a custom initiative, I
was not able to figure out how.

Also, I am looking for a way to get Outlook to show a repartition of my
contacts by country, based on the address or if missing, on the phone
number(s) (as I enter them properly with +(country code)...). Is this
possible?

Thanks.

Neither is possible. You would have to use one of the other existing
phone fields for a second mobile number. Phone formats are based on
your local default phone settings and the country code entered in the
phone number fields.

I spent two hours paying around with the Tools/ forms/ design form and this
led me to believe there must be a way to add a 'Mobile 2' field to the drop
down list.

As for the sorting I may have to migrate the contacts to Access and do it
from there.

Thanks for taking the time and I will post my progress in here (if make
any).

Good luck. No one else has ever been able to add to the 17 or 19 or
whatever it is existing phone numbers or to rename any of them.
