file as name overrides full name in contacts Outlook 2003

When creating a new contact in outlook 2003, clicking the Full Name button
produces a Check Full Name Dialog. If I enter a First Name and Last name and
select ok, the full name shows LAST name, FIRST name (Cool, Joe) and the file
as shows last name, first name (Cool, Joe)

The Full Name should show as Joe Cool.

Then I would suggest you set your Full Name option settings to do that.
It appears you failed to do so.
