I am a novice and would like to combine 5 different Outlook Contact lists
into 1.

Please describe how this can be done...step by step, for a beginner.

Thank you.

Open each Contact folder, select all the entries with CTRL-A, then choose
Edit>Copy to Folder, specifying the proper Contacts folder as the
destination.

Aloha TJ,

Select one contact list to be the main one  Open one of the other contact
lists.  Select a record.  Press CTRL+A to select all.  Press CTRL+C to copy.
Go to your main contact list and press CTRL+V to paste.

Repeat as necessary for each of the contact lists you wish to combine.
