copy my contacts from PDA to new computer

I want to copy all of my contacts from my PDA to a new computer.  After
setting the HotSync settings as directed, nothing transferred.  Will I have
to copy all contacts individually?

Your question should be directed to the manufacturer who supports your
synchronization software.
