I am using Word and Outlook 2003. I have created a contact folder to be
user in a mass email mail merge from Word. Is there any way to include an
attachment with the mass email merge?

Not natively. Only with third party software.

Yes, you can include an attachment into a mail merge only if you use a third
party utility to create the mail merge. I use Easy Mail Merge. You can find
