Outlook 2002 Import/Export Wizard (?)

I am currently running Office XP and my Outlook 2002 is
at (10.4712.4219 SP2).

I attempted to export a Contacts file to Excel and have
discovered that I have no Import/Export Wizard. I am I
slow are is this thing hard to find?

If it is not in your File menu, then you will have to manually install it
from the Office XP Setup CD.

Done it twice. nothing changes. I don't understand what
is going on here.

What steps did you use to install the import tools and what happened when
you tried? Have you tried creating a new profile and running Detect and
Repair?
