Changin case of alphabet in Contacts

Contacts shows the alphabet as a shortcut to get to the desired contact
quickly (click on the letter and the first contact that starts with that
letter is shown highlighted).
However, these letters are shown in lower case and small font (looks like
size 10).
Is there a way to show just this alphabet (not the font of the contacts
themselves) in capital letters and/or bigger font?
