Have E-Mail Addresses (Displye as E-Mail Addresses) in the text of an  E-Mail.
How do I add the Addreses to an existing Distribution List?

You probably can't, but that depends on the format and your Outlook version:

Select one of the addresses, right-click and choose Copy.  Open the DL.
Select Sel;ect Members.  Right-click in the Members field and choose Paste
(or you can use CTRL-C and CTRL-V for copy and paste).  Repeat until all the
names are added.
