A client is atempting to put foreign addresses into her contact book.  She is
clicking on New contacts, then business, then adding all the fields, yet when
she goes to look later on, it has the fields all over the place, like post
code first, area second, country 3rd etc. I can't find the problem anywhere
on the web.  Anhy help appreciated

Thanks

Every country has its own arrangement of address information. Outlook tries to use the one appropriate for the particular location. You can click the Business, Home or Other address button to make sure that the right address part is in the right field.
