Ben,
This is the info from our IT. It worked for the shared calendar, but not
the shared contacts. He said upgrading to Outlook Pro for Exchange
eliminates these problems.
My coworker may not have set her sharing options correctly, which I will
have to check when I'm back in the physical office. Thanks again, Dude (CA
talk).

"If you are using Outlook Web Access, you can access another user’s shared
calendar by simply adding username/calendar(or /username/contacts) to the end
of the OutlookWebMail URL in the address bar of your web browser, where
"username" is the account of person's shared calendar or contacts you wish to
access."

Aloha NDC,
There isn't any "Outlook Pro" so I'm not sure what he was talking about there.
That technique actually will work for the contacts too if they set their
sharing permissions correctly.

Thanks, Ben. I will check her settings when I go the office today.
