Will Outlook 2000 allow me to e-mail an entire CONTACTS folder to another
user also having Outlook 2000? If not, what is the best alternative to share
and collaborate on contact folder contents outside of our exchange server
network?

You can create a PST file that contains only your Contacts Folder, but the
attachment will be quite large. The recipient will also likely need to alter
their email security settings to permit PST files as attachments.
