I recently updated from Office 2000 to Office 2003. All contacts in address
book moved over but are now in first name last name form though the default
under email options is still set to last name first name. Any suggestions?

In Outlook click Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing directories
or address books>Next.  Select Outlook Address Book and click Change.
Specify the sort order there.
