Can someone say if what we are experiencing is normal or if not, how do we
proceed.  In each case email is being sent from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2003

If a contact(s) is attached to an email and a receipient in the same domain, all
is well.

If a contact(s) is attached to an email and a receipient in another domain, the
contact appears to the recipient as a blank email.

I know we can send as VCF, but this means losing data from the contact.

Thank you,

Martin

What happens if you insert the Contact as an Outlook Item in an RTF message?
