I'm not sure what Russ's advice was, but have you tried to reset your
toolbars? Right click on the toolbars, select Customize. Go to the first tab
in that dialog box and choose the Menu bar. Click Reset.

Thanks Patricia.
I've tried every little trick I can think of including
attempting to install the Import/Export features off my
XPOffice10 CD. Nothing works. I do not have an
import/export wizard option on my drop down menue of
outlook.

Find and rename outcmd.dat with Outlook closed. Reopen Outlook and see if
