Business Contacts Problem

I can't get my business contacts to display, says I a missing a "form".

Yesterday Outlook hung up and said I had closed it improperly.  It then
asked me a question about closing it and said I would have to do something to
release the contacts again.

I can't remeber what the something was.

Try asking in the microsoft.public.outlook.bcm group, giving the complete text of any error message you are receiving. That eliminates a lot of guessing.
