I have callbridge TU on my computer to dial the phone directly from
outlook. Worked fine until we upgraded to Outlook 2003, now it doesn't
dial the 9 to get an outside line even though it shows on the settings.

Any ideas

Ask the vendor of the application (Siemens?) if it's compatible with OL
2003. If you don't hacve V2 of CallBridge TU, download that and try it.
