Is it possible to send an email (no attachment) to a list of recipients on an
individual basis to each one's individual email address - (without them
seeing who else is on the list)?

Not using a distribution list, unless you use a third-party tool; see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mail.htm#massmail

Kinda a trick I learned from someone that sends newsletters... make the
"To:" field only yourself, then do a "blind carbon copy" (Bcc:) with your
recipient list--they all get an email, but can't see anyone else's email
address...
