I hope someone can help me with this issue. Thanks in advance
I am trying to email someone a "contact". However when they receive the
contact it is missing the following.
1. Missing 3 phone numbers out of 5 phone numbers
2. Missing entire notes section
3. Missing the 2nd and 3rd email address
I am using Outlook 2003 with exchange server 2003.
Give us half a chance to work out what your problem is.....
What version?
How are you emailing them the Contact (exactly how)?

I am using outlook 2003 (11.2608.5606) setup to exchange 2003
i have test 2 ways for sending the contacts
1. sending vCard
-Select Contact
-Select Actions > Forward as vCard (Note that i have configured mail as RTF)
2. fowarding contact *Note that when this option to send within our company
the contact retains all info.
-Select Contact
-Right click > select forward contact
Please let me know if i am doing this incorrectly. thanks

You need to use #2, taking care to make sure that the outgoing message is in rich-text format and that the recipient address is marked for RTF. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/sendform.htm

Try using this method:
1) In Tools | Options | Mail Format | Internet Format, under Outlook Rich Text Options, from the drop-down list, select "Send using Outlook rich text format"
2) Create a new email message in rich-text format.
3) Insert the contact as an attachment.
4) Add the recipient.
5) Double-click the recipient address and make sure it's set for "Send in Outlook rich-text format."
6) Send the message.
If that doesn't work, talk to your Exchange administrator about unblocking RTF content to the Internet.

Hello Sue,
Thank you for your suggestion, unfortunately this did not work for me. I
also inquired about RTF content being blocked by exchange and was told that
it was not.
Could this be a bug within Outlook or am I possibly doing something wrong?

So, what did the user see when you followed the steps I outlined? If they choose File | Save Attachments, what do they see? Did they get your messsage in RTF format?
