We have implemented Outlook.  Previously we used Outlook
Express.  Outlook seems to be working, i.e., can send and
receive mail.  Past mail folders have been moved. Etc.

One problem, my address book did not appear in my
Contacts.  Worse it has been emptied in Outlook Express.

Why did this happen?

Is the failure recoverable?

Or do I have to reconstruct the addresses?

You need to include all relevant Outlook and Outlook express versions if you
want help.
