Hi - I am working with Outlook 2003.

I have access to my boss' Contacts but cannot view categories he has created
- is there a way to change it so I have the rights/permission to view them?

Also, he has one Contacts folder but many categories. He groups them by a
specific category to view. Is there anyway for me to sort within a specific
category. If I do it now, it removes the category grouping and puts them all
back into one contact folder.

Any advice is very welcome. Thanks

Sort first, then Group (it's just a 2003 thing).

You'll need to learn how the Group By Box works to do this.  Turn on
Advanced toolbars and use the Group by Box.  Ungroup, sort by a field, then
drag Category field in to the Group By Box to group by Category.
