how do I use phone dialer from outlook with norstar cta100?

When I try to make a call from outlook 2003 sp2, I get an error message saying:
An Internal error occurred in the automatic phone dialer. Close the phone
dialog box and open it again.

I have a NORTEL BCM 50. I had to purchase and configure a "LAN CTE" license
from Nortel in order to use the auto phone dialer.
It works great! ~ Rick...

We have modular mics w/t1 software. CT100 from norstar works fine with its
own call manager application but not from Outlook. We are not about to change
the phone system yet. Any other sugestions?
