Moving the contents of my Contacts folder

When moving the contents of my Contacts folder from one PC to annother, I  
should export my contacts to a Personal Folders file (.pst) by using the
Import and Export Wizard in Outlook. But what can I do if I forgat to do this
and just made a XCOPY of the complete disk (and then FORMAT) ? I suppose the
contacts are hidden somewhere in one of the Outlook files ?

Actually you should never use export and import unless you particularly want
to lose some of your data.
Just copy the PST file and open it in the other installation.
