Is there any way that I can rearrange the Contact List Order in the Select
Names Dialog Box?  I work in a large company that has hundreds of Contact
Lists in Outlook but I only use a few.  I would like for the ones I use most
frequently to always be at the top.

I'm assuming you're talking about the address book view.  You can't
rearrange it, per se, but you could add those specific contacts to a
separate Contacts folder and display that folder first in the "Show Names
from the" list.

Hi Mary

maybe instead of clicking the To... field, you should just type the name of
each of the Contacts in the white space beside to... and let Outlook
autocomplete their details for you.  It will find them without you having to
go to the list.
