also i can only mail 50 people at a time and i have 600 in this category thank you > also i can only mail 50 people at a time and i have 600 in this > category thank you If your ISP allows you to mail only 50 people at a time and your category has 600 people, then your best bet is to use a mail merge. Click Help and look for "mail merge". The process starts by selecting the all the contacts in the category, then clicking Tools>Mail Merge.  SignatureBrian Tillman |
