We have an Outlook 2000 user whose Outlook crashes soon after entering her
contacts.  Any suggestions or answers as to why this might be happening?
Other functions in Outlook are fine.  She is running Windows 2000.
TIA

It's a catch-all but you might want to try running ScanPST.EXE on her PST
file, if she has one.

Also, do you have any more details about the error?

Entering a Contacts Folder or entering the Address Book view?
