Security Concern

I have been receiving e-mails at the rate of 2 a day or
more that appear to be coming from Microsoft.  This is
what the email header looks like.

From: Customer Assistance [mailto:iextodmioy-
fohc@newsletters.com]
Sent: Saturday, October 18, 2003 6:34 AM
To: Commercial Customer
Subject: New Network Upgrade

There is an attachment that Norton Anti-Virus always
detects as a "virus".  

How can I ever be sure when a message I am receiving is
ligitimately from Microsoft?

Easy. Microsoft will never send such a message.
