ActiveSync 4.1, Outlook 2003 &TMobile MDA, how to sync contacts?

I have just purchased the new TMobile MDA phone and upgraded to the
ActiveSync 4.1 using Outlook 2003 SP2. Trying to sync my Outlook profile and
am unable to get any of my calendar, notes or contacts to sync up at all.

Has anyone been able to get this working? Please let me know what the fix is
or if the fix is to downgrade to another version of ActiveSync.

Microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync or the TMobile forums are a better
place to post this for an answer.
