Required outlook translator to export?

I have tried nearly everything to obtain the "required outlook translator"
needed to export my outlook contacts to CSV file including:

1) Changing setup/install options;
2) Delete M file (forget spelling of it);
3) Inserting XP CD.

Still, my computer doesn't recognize that a translator exisits. Any help is
appreciated!!!

You receive a message when you try to import or to export files in Outlook
2003: "Microsoft Outlook cannot start the required translator"
