Hi there! Is is possible to do the above? i.e. what I need to do is change
all the province fields called "Ontario" to "ON" instead.

Anyone know if I can do this without having to do it to all (1800!)
contacts?

Thanks!

Carmen

Change one Contact's data.  The Group by that field. (advanced toolbar and
then use group by box)

Drag all the "wrong" ones into the group of the single "correct" one.
