I wasnt able to add russian text to a contact's address in outlook. Seems
like it supports only english. Is there any chance that Outlook will support
russian as well?

Outlook version? Do you have Russian language support installed in Windows?

Go to File | Data File Management and tell us which data store is set as the "Mail delivery location." If it is an Exchange mailbox, what version of Exchange? If it is a Personal Folders .pst file, click Settings and tell us what Outlook gives for the Format of the file.
