Hi I have a Hotmail Plus account, and have just set up Outlook to receive all
my hotmail messages.  However, I have about 200 contacts in Hotmail and would
really love to know how to import all those contacts into Outlook.  Dont
fancy the idea of typing them all in again !

I don't know of any way to transfer Hotmail contacts to Outlook except with
Outlook Live.

Sorry that this is late. I was just passing by. If you haven't gotten your
answer yet then follow the directions below:

1. Synch Hotmail to Outlook Express
- From the menu bar, click Tools | Accounts
- Click Add button
- Click Mail...
- Follow the rest of the wizard
2. Export the Hotmail contacts, now MS Outlook Express contacts, to a CSV
file.
- From the menu bar, select File | Export | Address Book
- Select 'Text File (Comma Separated Value)'
- Follow the rest of the wizard
3. Import the CSV file to MS Outlook.
- From the menu bar, select File | Import and Export...
- Select 'Import Internet Mail and Addresses'

I was using Windows XP, and Office 2003, and the free version of Hotmail.

Regards.

Paul
