Very vague question. Assuming you mean the Address Book view in
Corporate/Workgroup mode of Outlook 2000, the answer is you can't do that.

I must have worded my question wrong to be a little less vague when I goto
send an email to my recipients beside their email address it then has a
(email) beside each of the contacts, when I look into my co workers contacts
(in the send an email pop up address book) they have the contacts name and
all different feilds without the (email) beside each contact also when they
click on their contact and then properties they have 8 tabs I only have 2 one
being the SMTP that won't let me erase (email) for ex. it will say the
contacts name AA and then beside it it will have the (email) is their an
answer to this possibly?

There is a dll you can hack to remove the (email) designation next to the
name, but it will do nothing else to the address book view, which cannot be
configured.
The difference you are seeing must be because you and your co-worker are
using different versions, different modes or viewing different folder types.
