I want to print all my contacts on paper as a secure backup solution
:-) I use the "memo style" print format.

The problem is that there are NOT all of the phone numbers shown. Just
the ones which are displayed in the contact form like "Private",
"Mobile" etc. The numbers in "Assistant" or "Secretary" are not
printed.

Does anyone know how to print out all the detailed contact information?

Thanks in advance,
Bernd

I'd use a Word mail merge, starting it with the Tools | Mail Merge command in Outlook.
