Enable Outlook Address Book shortcut to Desktop

Address Book contains phone numbers. To make a call, one has to open Outllook
and then seek Contact in Address Book. Outlook Address Book should be
avaialable on Desktop.

Use the Windows Address Book if you want your phone numbers available
without opening Outlook.
