WHENEVER I TRY TO SAVE ANY CHANGE IN A CONTACT OUTLOOK ASK ME TO SELECT THE COUNTRY/REGION, THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE LIST IN THE PULL DOWN MENU IS EMPTY. THIS IS SO AT THE PHONE AND MODEM SETTINGS IN THE CONTROL PANEL TOO. Turn off your caps key. Ensure that all country/regional settings and dialing locations are set correctly for your operating system.
