MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / May 2006I try to email my contact list, but no one receives the email.
I loaded all my contacts and seperated them in to categories. I click on a category and hit action and click on new message to contact. An email form pops up and I send it. It says that it has been sent but no one gets it. Am I loading in the information wrong on the contacts. I even tried to create a distribution list and It doesn't want to send. If I click on an individual contact it does send. What does the email form that "pops up" contain in its To: field? What Outlook version and what mail transport? The name shows first then in <> or () has the persons email address. Do you get any error messages about some of your Contacts not having email addresses before the New Message Window opens? If what you've told me is all correct, that's the only explanation left. If the address is resolved and if you can send to that Contact as an individual, what else can it be?
