I received several e-mails where I was one of a group. I DID NOT reply or
forward this e-mail, but on both ocassions, all the e-mail addresses of the
receipiants in the group were added to my contacts.
I did not want all these addresses. How did this happen? How do I stop it
from happening again?
You neglected to mention your Outlook version. No version since Outlook 2000 has had any built-in feature to add contacts from email addresses automatically

...but she said she did not reply. No version of Outlook ever added email
addresses automatically--only if you reply.

Outlook would not and cannot do this. It's time to look for viruses,
add-ins, or third party software.
