I use CardScan to scan business cards. I have synchronized with Outlook. The field mapping shows that card images are being synchronized, but I do not see any card images in Outlook Contacts. Is there an option that I needed to turn on (in CardScan or Outlook)? No, Outlook's importer doesn't import images AFAIK. They get the front and back images imported into Outlook and visibile in Outlook when they do a synchronization. I do not. What can be the difference between the two situations? You might want to ask CardScan, since it sounds like it's their software that is performing the synchronization, not Outlook.
