MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / October 2003Fields in Distribution List
I am trying to use a distribution list for the first time in Outlook 2002....and am wondering if there is a way to change which fields are shown for members within the distribution list. As of now, the default is to show the "Name" and "Email" field. I'd like to add in "Company" Is this possible? No. You cannot customize that interface.
