Any Way to Undelete Deleted Distribution Lists?

I accidentally clicked the Delete button to remove a Contact from a
distribution list/ Of course, that deleted the whole distribution list--not
just the one highlighted Contact.

Is there any way to recover the deleted distribution list? CTRL-Z didn't
solve the problem.

Usually not. DL's for some reason seem not to abide by convention by going
to the Deleted Items Folder. They just go away. Are you running against
Exchange?
