In Outlook 2000, if I had a personal address book set up, I could simply
right click on any e-mail address and add it to my personal address book. I
don't see that option in Outlook 2003. Any help in hoe to add to personal
address book (not to contacts)? Thanks.

Outlook 2003 doesn't use the Personal Address book.  It's obsolete.

...which is why the option now is "Add to Contacts..."
That's been the default information store for years.
