I have a situation where me and another coworker are shareing my "Work
Contacts" contact folder. I am the owner, but he has full rights to that
folder. When I make a call, I create a journal entry and save it, however my
partner cannot see the jouranl entries when he clicks on the Activities tab
for a given contact. I have shared my journal and he can see it and see the
entries when he looks in my Journal folder, it's when he click on the
Activities tab on the contact that he gets and error maessage about setting
up the Activites tab.
How can we make it so that we can both make Journal entries when making
phone calls and both see those entries in the Activities tab for a contact?
Thanks in advance. ~ Rick...

Your coworker would need to add your mailbox to his Exchange account settings as a secondary account, and you would need to add a new activities group pointing only at your Journal folder.
