Can someone help me with this following scenario (I am clueless):
The Contact folder and contents show up in the Outlook Folder list, but when
trying to access from the Address Book, none of the contents display.
Normally, items with email or fax entries should list in the Address Book,
but none do in this case.
We found that if you move the items with email addresses to a new Contacts
folder, they will list in the Address Book. However, if you move the
remaining entries to the new Contacts folder, the same result occurs: that
is, the list displays as empty in the Address Book. I'm guessing a corrupt
contact entry is the cause.
The only suggested "fix" we found did not solve the problem (

Thank you all so very much

My apologies everyone. The outlook version is Outlook 2000. It is a client in
a Exchange 5.5 environment. I hope this helps. Thank you all

Your third paragraph seems to contain conflicting statements. Clarify it
please.
If you open a Contact Record that is currently not displaying as it should
and examine an electronic address, is it resolved? If you then Save and
Close this Contact, does it then appear in the Outlook Address Book?
