I am importing my excel contact list to outlook, however, Each column is
apprearing as a separate contact.

How can I map each line item to be one contact?

Define a single named range covering all the data you want to import, save the Excel file, and in the Import and Export wizard, use the Map Custom Fields command to tell Outlook which column to put in which proeprty.
